Finally, a card from me (after like 27 years) LOL


Okay...so I finally have had a chance to sit down and make my own little card. It was so nice to just SIT and RELAX and just do what I love to do! Now let me be the first to tell ALL OF YOU that I do not have 1/2 the skills that any of you have! I just wholeheartedly enjoy making my cards! I used copic markers to color the image (Coloring Eggs LiLi) and I also used The star dust glitter pen by Sakura for the earrings and even some of the decorations on the eggs. Then I added little dots on the corner pieces and flourishes. So here is my creation... YIKES (Biting my nails)

I have been so busy with all of the finishing touches of everything. The stamps are in & the website is 95% completed. We just have one more thing that we are waiting on to set the release date. I am so EXCITED!!!! It has definitely been a long journey in creating Inky Impressions, but to me....it has been well worth the wait! We have been focused on creating really cute stamps, but the most important thing to us is the quality of our stamps! All Inky Impressions Rubber Stamps are "EXTRA DEEP" etched & mounted on EZ Mount.     Well all I can say it was well worth the wait. Your card is gorgeous Nicole. Love the way you've coloured in the adorable image and the papers you've used. Love the flower and the borders also. I can't wait to see these adorable stamps and I'm sooooo happy to be on your team :)

    Cool that you used the sketch again on this!! I like the bling and what do you mean you do not have 1/2 the talent this card is good and and your coloring is really pretty!!! Pat yourself on the back, and anxiously awaiting finding out more about the release too!!! Can not wait Li Li is so cute and it will be so much fun to use her!!!

    Nicole, what are you talking about!? Of course you have the skills (and plenty of them, I might add!). This is a totally gorgeous card! I really love how you've added those little dots to the swirls and corner pieces (hmm...I might just HAVE to copy this idea, he he! *wink wink*), they really make those embellies 'pop'. And I love the colour combo you've used. Of course, it goes without saying that the image is the cutest - I can't wait for your complete range to be released...I'm so excited!     Nicole...those stamps sound super high quality and I can't wait to get my inky hands on some, heehee!! :) LOVE your card and you DO have a ton of talent. GREAT coloring--I don't even own one Copic *gasp*...I KNOW!! That'd be my dream to take one of those Copic certification classes, but??
