Hi there Inky Impressions fans. Guest Designer Sharon here with another inspiration post focused on unusually formatted cards.
Today's is what we call a "Bendy Fold" card - with gently bended panels that are very dimensional and add such interest to the card. You can find the tutorial here at The Lady and the Stamp blog.
I modified the dimensions a little bit to better fit my image on the base panel and to accommodate the larger star punches. You can see the bends in the card panels in this photo.
I used Deputy Christopher on this card, colored him with Copic markers and cut it out. He was colored to match the colors of the My Mind's Eye "Out of the Blue" series designer papers that I used. You can find this adorable Deputy Christopher rubber stamp HERE in the Inky Impressions Store.
I hope this has provided you a little inpiration to try new card layouts. And, of course, to try Inky Impressions rubber stamps too.
Thanks for stopping by.
Sharon
