Designer Paper

Hello, today I am going to show you how to design your own paper using stamps, glimmermist & paint.

First you will need :

1 piece of white cardstock
flourish & butterfly stamps (or what ever you like)
ink
glimmermist
paint

Step.1 Cut white cardstock to the size you want to make your card. My card is 14.5cm x14.5cm & I have also cut a circle.

Step.2 Stamp around edge of paper until your happy with it.

Step.3 Spray with glimmermist. This is your paper so there is no right or wrong amount, just spray on what your happy with.

Step.4 Using a old toothbrush flick some white paint on. Just flick until happy with the look of your paper.
Now just wait for it to dry and then use.

This is how I have used my paper. It can get messy but its a lot of fun to make and you know that you won't see it anywhere else. Also its great to do with the kids.

To finish my card I coloured in Princess Lili  from Inky Impressions using copic markers.
Dress- B00, B02 & B05. Front panel of dress- E50 & E51.
Skin- E000, E00, E11, & R20.
Hair- E11, E57, E50.

I also made my own flowers using a flower die & cuttlebug. Then with some brads from Inky Impressions put them together, then glittered them using some stickles.

I hope you have enjoyed 'How to make your own designer paper' & that it has inspired you to make your own.

All the best
Kerry
