Adding glitter

Hello everyone :-)

With Christmas coming, we all need a lot of glitter on our projects :-) Today I thought I'd share with you how I add glitter using dies and my Big Shot :-)

So let's start :-)

First you need to cover all of your paper with scor-tape. Then you place your die on top of it and run it through your cutting machine :-)


Here's what you'll have after cutting the shape:


Then you remove the tape, place your image and cover it with glitter. Don't forget to place another paper underneath the image so that you can collect the rest of the glitter :-)


Finally you remove the excess and you have your pretty, glittery image :-) You can put it on a card, or just add some ribbon and place it on the Christmas tree :-)

    oooo! that ornament is soooo cool with all that glitter. love your how-to, a visual is so helpful. I am getting more brave with glitter!

    I haven't thought of using tape, I've used glue, but it gets a bit messy, so thanks for the advise. Your ornament turned out great!
