One for the boys

Good Morning Inky fans!! My name is Carol and it's my very first posting here so please be gentle with me lol! Today I would like to share with you a male themed card I have made using the gorgeous Deputy Christopher. I know how most of us struggle making boys cards but this one felt so much easier than usual. Must say he was a dream to colour up.
I decided to make a centre stepper card as I felt it was a good choice for a male card because there isn't much room on it for embellishments and the guys don't need embellies do they?! The dps I have used are by DCWV "All about boys" and how perfectly they fit with our little Deputy.

I have coloured him in with Copics and decided to keep the card very monotone. Copic colours used are : E00, E11, E47, E44, E43, E42, YR12, YR20, G05 for his eyes and C1 for the shadow around him. I have cut out the image with a nestie and used Brushed Corduroy Distress Ink around the edges. Thank you so much for stopping by and I do hope that my card has inspired you! Lotsa luv, hugs xxxx
