For so long I have wanted to get my recipe collection organized. You should see the mess I call a cook book, yikes!! We all love making cards but lets face it we have a huge stash and then give some of our favorites away. I think adding a favorite stamp to a recipe card is a great way to not only be creative in another way but also have a fabulous looking recipe book.
I will say it was a bit hard for me to remember to keep it CAS because it is a recipe card after all and a lot of embellishments just isn't practical. I used this a adorable stamp called Lili's Sweet Treat along with this fun paper from Doodlebug called Kitchen Gadgets. I typed up my recipe which, is super yummy by the way and then added a few doodles around the edges.

I am going to try and keep up doing at least a few more recipe cards a month..fingers crossed. I would love for you to visit me at my blog You Got Ink Where? and see what else I come up with. Have a wonderful rest of the week and I will see you again soon.~Shelby~

My mother thought that something like this years ago ... thought you should be able to buy a vial pre-measured spices - for example, a card with a dozen teaspoons of cinnamon. I do not use many spices - I have a little metal boxes used to use McCormick!
