A Little Cowgirl Treat

Lisa here.  I absolutely LOVE this stamp

Cowgirl Lili!

I thought she would be perfect as a little tag on this cute Cowboy boot treat box. I also made a matching card:)

Lili is colored with Copic markers.  The CS is from Stampin' Up! Early Espresso and retired Creamy Caramel.  The Designer paper is from Cloud 9 Cinnamon Stick.  The embossing folder and star brads are also retired SU.  The boot is an SVG file from 

 SVG Cuts.com

and

the candy is Hershey's♥

Corner bookmark tutorial

Hi there. Bettina here today and I am going to show you how to make a corner bookmark today. It is quite easy and you can embellish them however you like. I should tell you one thing though. Please dont add huuuge roses as the book won't be closing at all ;)

Ok first off you start with a bazill paper. Mine is 5" x 5". You can however choose to make a smaller or larger one. Only thing that matters is that the sides are the same length all around

Make sure you find the center of three of the pages like I did here and you score them like I have done with a bone folder and ruler. Think thatis the easiest way. 

Next thing that I do is punch the bottom edge and cut out the DP that I want to use,like this:

Then I use vintage photo distress ink and distress the edges and add the DP to the bookmark and that makes it close.

Then I decorate the corner bookmark. I've used cowgirl Lili and you can find her here. I've coloured her with my promarkers and added some pearls and a charm from the Inky Impressions store.

Well firstly I have a little news... 

I have been working away behind the scenes to bring you an Inky magazine!!

Now it is getting towards the final stages (phew lol) and will be published soon!!

We will be doing a readers gallery - so how do you feel about being published???? All you need to do is make a card/project using an inky image and send us a picture to  inkynews@hotmail.com telling us what materials you used and you could be in the gallery!! whoop!!

Secondly I have a project to share today using Lili the cowgirl!!!

Yep it's a little Birthday tag

That's the great thing about Inky images you can use them for so many things!!

Get a Move On

Good morning all it is time to share a bit of Inky Impressions Cowgirl Lili Inspiration! That's right, today I have a creation to share with you using one of the fun stamps from the Inky Impressions Store!

For my card today I wanted to use this stamp Cowgirl Lili! I have been having a lot of fun using bright colors with the summer creeping in, and decided to today to use a few different shades of pink and purple as well as a bit a green accents. I think that this little girl looks so darn cute!
