Framing an Inky Image with DeNetra

Hey everyone I hope you all are wonderful. I have a simple thing to show you...but I hope you like it.
We will be frameing an Image and poping the inside up. Pictures below.

Ink up your image and color it in...only the part that will show inside your shape.

Send it through the Big Shot. I did this because the image was a little
too long for my project.

Now take a bigger frame and cut it out....
then place the same shape for your image in the middle and cut out...

I made a box...I added the outer frame first and some Pearls . So cute

Next you wanna pop your image up and place inside the frame.
It makes the image stand out so much...I love this.
Below is the complete box.
I hope you guys got some inspiration to ink up your Inky imgaes and get Framed :)
Thank for stopping by.
I love you all.

I'd rather be...

There is always something else we want to do instead of housework. But here is a darling, "green" project with Lili to help your kids help you keep the house neat and tidy!

I had a small jelly jar, which I cleaned out and peeled off the label. It's small enough to pile in popcicle stickes (new, not recycled this time). On each stick, write down a different chore. When my kids were really young, I simply had them use clorox wipes on phones, handles and light switches. It was a great way to introduce them to helping and work. Now, their main daily chores are: putting away dishes and setting the table, sweeping the floors, and taking out the garbage and recycling bins. (That just gives me more craft time!)

Use your Inky Impressions rubber stamps and dinky drops, along with a recycled jar and ribbons, to create a pretty chore jar. As Mary Poppins says, "A spoon full of sugar helps the medicine go down!" Just one more "green" tip... To stretch your sentiments, try cropping them! I used tape to mask off the word "stamping" before inking up my stamp. Then, peel back the tape and stamp your cropped sentiment.

Gimme a break

Hi everyone!  I'm Tracy and I've got a little corny birthday humor inspiration for you today.  For this card I've used Lili's Cleaning Day.  Lots of layering and some twine and buttons make up the base of the card.  Lili was colored with Copic markers.  I did some machine stitching on the mat panels and did some paper piercing around the image panel.

I couldn't resist the corny sentiment to go with the little smirk on her face.
Make somebody smile today with your own Inky Impressions creations.

Spring Cleaning Birthday Tag!

Hello friends!!  DT Vicki here to share a fun and quick project with you!
I know that several people love to ink up and color their images as soon as they get them so that they have several images already pre-colored and ready to go when they are ready to make their creations...
I find this very helpful when I need a quick creation...FAST!
So here's a fun little image that I couldn't wait to get colored as soon as she came in:
This sweet little image from Inky Impressions is called Lili's Cleaning Day and she doesn't look exactly happy...still cute as can be though!
I figured that she was so busy cleaning that she forgot someone's birthday!! LOL!!
The fun "Aww...Shucks, I forgot to remember!" sentiment comes from Inky Impressions too!!  Be sure to check them all out because there are several really darling ones that go really well with some of the other images!!  I still have some on my wish list! :)

The darling tag that I've attached Lili to is also a pre-made/pre-designed tag...so there really wasn't much that I did to this creation!!  Lili was already colored, the tag already made...so all I did was sponge, add the sentiments and embellishments!!  Now it is ready to be made into a card or just to hang on a birthday bag...for someone's gift that may be a little late that is!! :)
I think I could really get hooked on making these fun little tags!  How about you?

Thanks so much for dropping in on us today, sure hope you enjoyed my creation!
Please be sure to check out the Inky Impressions Challenge Blog tomorrow as there will be a brand new challenge to check out and I get to host it this time!!  We'd love for you to join us!! HUGS
